The installation and use of dome shaped biogas model are on the rise in eastern region. The adoption of biogas technology is expected to increase further in the coming years as it has got multiple benefits and is a renewable source of energy. The diffusion of this technology is only possible when the clients are made aware of the use of renewable source of energy, availability of skilled manpower in the locality to construct biogas plant and provision of subsidiary support for installation. To fulfill all these conditions and move forward, the practical training on biogas construction for Masons and Supervisors was conducted at Ramjar gewog under Trashiyangtse Dzongkhag from 15-26th October 2019.
